Prince Harry follows the footsteps of Princess Diana and visits pediatric hospital

The Duke of Sussex's mother was in the same place 30 years ago.

Prince Harry surprised the children of Sheffield's pediatric hospital. The Duke of Sussex visited the center last Thursday, July 25, to learn more about the work that is developed there and to talk to patients and relatives of these.

On the scene, Harry played with the children and recalled the visit that his mother, Diana, did to that same place, 30 years ago, in November 1989, having seen the signature of the princess in the institution's guestbook.

Harry also had the opportunity to inaugurate a plaque referring to one of the wards of that unit.  "This ward of the Sheffield Children's Hospital was officially inaugurated by His Royal Highness, the Duke of Sussex ", could read.

Before leaving, he received a gift for little Archie, who was born on the 6th of May. It's a yellow teddy bear, a miniature of the hospital mascot, the Bear Theo.
