UNIQUE FLAVORS

Hand-crafted ice cream with delicious and irresistible textures are produced in Maine, United States of America (USA), and have won many fans, with unusual ingredients, such as olive oil or cayenne pepper.

"Summer without ice cream, is not Summer", at least in Maine, USA, where a brand was born that is dedicated to developing unusual, but irresistible flavours. The Rococo Hand-crafted Ice Cream uses the best ingredients in order to create unique ice cream, such as Honey Vanilla, Trifecta Ginger, Strawberry Basil (Strawberry Basil) and Chai Cardamon (Chai Cardamom).

Lauren Guptil said she found in Argentina the essence of ice cream that she believes should "taste" like memories and new discoveries. She realized, in South America, that ice cream combines perfectly with warm nights, a gentle breeze and music. For her, it's about combining taste and experience.

Rococo Hand-craft Ice Cream uses fresh and artisanal ingredients in order to produce ice creams that reflect both local and international flavours. The founder takes inspiration from the world around her to offer clients unique experiences. In the shop, in Kennebunkport, Maine, there are ingredients such as cayenne pepper, olive oil, and goat cheese, that although apparently odd, end up seducing the shop's customers. The team also challenges them to try and taste unlikely flavours, that exceed expectations and gain followers.

Boldness has given them distinctions on Trip Advisor, and a registered membership has encouraged the founder to open other stores. The customers have the possibility to choose from 14 flavours available daily, and if they want to, they can even suggest a new one.

Name inspired by art

The inspiration for the name given to the business dates back to the 18th century when appeared, in France, the Rococo art movement, a reaction against the strict rules of the characteristic baroque style of Louis XIV. This new movement was more fun, stirring rules and boundaries through creativity. By using ingredients and unusual textures, Rococo Hand-craft Ice Cream is thus shaking the traditional concept of ice cream. There are herbs, teas, various influences and lots of imagination.
