SMOKE IT YOURSELF

It's a known fact that in plain 21st century the gastronomy chefs have become the new rock stars, there isn't a channel out there without its own cooking shows and/or cooking contests that count with thousands of contestants.

The 2016 version of the classic Bradley Original Smoker is such that it includes the options of hot and cold smokers, oven function and even a food dehydration function, so you can cook, smoke and cure all the meats and fishes you may want.

American barbecue consists on smoking the food between usually nine to twelve hours at a steady lower temperature, giving it a moist, a texture and a flavour that are unique and can be personalized at taste by everyone by changing the intensity and the longevity of the process based on the woods used.

The Bradley Smoker is now a multifunctional electric smoker and the company also developed a large range of bisquettes (12 flavour options), brines and cure salts.

The Bradley has the capacity to smoke any given food up to nine hours at a time, and can be refuelled in case you want a longer cure, and its available on the 4 and 6b rack options, its completely isolated and has magnetic locks so it assures the smoke remains where it should be, inside. Rendering it usable anywhere, not just outside on the street compared to the industrial versions of old.

There is also no need to constantly take care of the burn and the smoke, the new Bradley smokers control the whole process automatically; you just need to program the temperature, the flow of the smoke and the smoking time you want and you can go off to work in the morning and get home right on time for dinner and your favourite barbecue will be cooked to perfection, moist and fresh off the smoker.
