An Italian Denim Story

Replay was born in Italy, in 1978. The founder Claudio Buziol saw the word "Re-play" in the television during the World Cup in Argentina, and he idealized that it would be perfect as a name for a clothing line which alluded to the world of vintage by reinterpreting clothing from the past in a contemporary way. 

Today, Replay is present all over the world, with 220 mono-brand stores and over 150 corners and shop-in-shops, always innovating and captivating denim users.

That is how the denim and smart casual wear which now accounts for around 85% of the Group's production came into being. A leader in the world of denim, Replay aims its total look at consumers who are looking for quality products and are able to recognize the authenticity of garments which owes itself to painstaking research into materials, textile production and washes. The collections consist of around 1,000 items each season divided into over 15 categories. 

Today, the brand is a part of Fashion Box S.p.A. Established in 1981, Fashion Box S.p.A. is now one of the leading international companies in the denim sector. The Italian Group which is based in Asolo (Treviso) creates, promotes and distributes men's, women's and children's casual wear, accessories and footwear, trading under the brands REPLAY, RELAY&SONS, WE ARE REPLAY, RED SEAL and WHITE SEAL. 

The company strives to excel in its innovative style, characteristic Italian design and superior quality of its products, with skill and expertise gained in the production of denim. Fashion Box operates in all European markets and in the Middle East, Asia, America and Africa, in over 50 countries, with a wholesale distribution network of 5,000 sales outlets with 220 retail stores. 

Replay & Sons

In 1991, and based on the idea of extending the Replay adult line heritage to children, Replay & Sons is created aiming at kids between the ages of 2 and 12. Replay & Sons eagers to meet the needs of children's clothing using the irony and originality that are a hallmark of the brand. It offers practical comfort and easy wear while maintaining the same design as the adult range. The ability to transform itself every season by offering a contemporary, lively and imaginative product is another of the line's winning traits and is inspired by curiosity and a constant search for stimulating trends and details. Replay & Sons is distributed through specialized sales outlets, mono-brand stores, selected Replay Stores and department stores.

We Are Replay 

In 2003, We Are Replay is born. It is an exclusive collection of high-end jeans wear which is based on the Group's years of experience: the brand continually reinvents and experiments with the most significant elements of the Replay background in order to create innovative, highly exclusive products. Hand-crafted detail, over-dyeing and experiments with fabrics, are what makes We Are Replay perfect for idealists who seek the originality of unique. The sophisticated garments have the in-depth knowledge of real denim connoisseurs which is needed to appreciate to appreciate their stylish details.

Launched in 2010, the RED SEAL and WHITE SEAL brands are both targeted at those who are looking for a super-premium dimension with tailored influences and both express very extensive, advanced product research. Apart from this, they represent two different worlds fuelled by a desire to satisfy two spheres, one male and one female, each with their own attitudes and requirements. RED SEAL offers vintage clothes reinterpreted in a contemporary way by skillfully using Japanese selvedge denim matched with techno, tailored tops in collaboration with the best Italian laundries. 

WHITE SEAL offers the appeal of refined garments designed for the wardrobes of international celebrities which are embellished with embroidery and applications from the world of jewelry but also influenced by elements from the tough biker world to create an irresistible contrast.

The brand has its headquarters in Asolo, Italy, at a plant that is the nerve center of the system focusing on research into Replay products and creative development, from the first sketches to the prototype, where the production process is planned and monitored until the finished garment has been made. The plant is also the Group's integrated logistics platform where the items of clothing from the various production areas are received, checked, sorted and shipped (approximately 6 million per year).
