PLANTWEAR

Exclusivity in each piece

Inspired in the wood and in their singular forms, every piece is like a single part of the raw material: unique. There is no equal piece which makes it beyond exquisite, very special.

<

Plantwear is a fashion accessory brand that uses wood as a raw material as well as an inspiration for its collections. The brand was founded in 2013, by the hands of Wiktor Pryzyk, fruit of the determination to create something different. Although there are already brands of wooden accessories, Plantwear is based on its ability to make each piece unique, by handcrafting each piece in its own factory, in Poland. The manufacture of the articles is made by professionals who work the wood in a traditional way and, through rigorous processes of verification of the quality of its pieces; they tend to guarantee the control and the satisfaction of the clients.

With a strong sense of design, the team aspired that this was a unique collection, however, the process that seemed very easy, quickly turned out to be more difficult than they were expecting for demanding dedication and hours of work, for months ahead. However, because they love what they do, the team has not dropped their arms and today, affirms, "everything was worth it and our products are not only beautiful - but also durable and practical"! Plantwear began with a collection of watches, but expanded to collections of sunglasses, rings and covers for mobile phones, iPhone and Samsung. All the pieces are different from each other, making the connection with the slogan 'unique & one of a kind'.

#LOVEWOOD

The use of wood for the pieces is based on a sustainable and ecological policy, which obeys to defined and regulated standards for the extraction of wood from the environment. This approval is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, FSC, a voluntary program that uses the power of the market to protect existing forests and thus ensure their livelihoods for future generations by setting responsible forest management standards. Currently, the FSC certifies more than 380 million hectares of forest worldwide.

For the manufacture of a pair produced, the brand only uses a small piece of tree, however, Plantwear believes that it should be restored what they take from Mother Nature, therefore, every month plants 50 trees to help a tropical forest in Brazil, through the Conservancy Foundation (https://www.nature.org).

This is how the brand guarantees and authenticates the use of wood. The sustainable and ecological form, makes these pieces even more special because, besides not being two identical accessories, when using Plantwear you are contributing to the livelihood of the forest.

Its collection, natural and soft, can easily be adapted to different styles, from the most classic to urban. On the site of the brand, you can choose which piece seats the best on your style. And, one thing is for certain; the one you choose will only be yours!
