ORGANIC AND CONVENTIONAL

Cheeses are one of the specialities of the Balkan gastronomy. Bulgaria has got a long tradition of its dairy. Here cheese is made by many companies. Your VIP Partner discovered a private cheese-making enterprise, located in a picturesque mountainous province of Central Bulgaria - Kondov Ecoproduction Ltd.

Kondov Ecoproduction Ltd. started production in 1991 in an ecologically untouched location of the Balkan Mountains. The main feature of the company is that, along with organic production made according to modern techniques, they also produce famous conventional Bulgarian cheeses by centenary recipes.

The cheeses produced by the company are a success, both in the domestic and the international markets. The goat and sheep's milk Gouda-type cheese produced by Kondov Ecoproduction Ltd. is exported to The Netherlands.

The main priority of Kondov Ecoproduction Ltd. is to provide their clients with the best quality products – enhancements are being made regarding all processes. With the purpose of maintaining the traditional recipes and ensuring the best quality, the company practices strict daily controls.

There is no compromise big enough, as far as The highest production standards go – thus, the company guarantees the rich taste and freshness of their cheeses. They are currently certified according to a number of both domestic and international standards, including a certification for organic production in the EU (since 2006).

The company's efforts have been widely acknowledged by a series of awards recognizing the outstanding qualities of their brand's cheeses.

International Markets

More than 90% of Kondov Ecoproduction products are exported to international distributors. They are currently present in European markets such as Germany, France, Holland, Sweden, Romania, Belgium, Austria or England, and the exportation to the United States of America has been taking place since 1993. The brand also has partners in Australia, New Zealand, Kuwait and other countries. In the domestic market, in Bulgaria, their organic cheeses are of greater demand and increases steadily.

Production Line

The production line of the brand is quite broad: organic and conventional product lines include organic and original White Brined cheeses, of sheep, goat, and cow milk; "Kashkaval" yellow cheeses, of sheep and cow milk; and Gouda, and Curd cheeses, of sheep and goat milk.
