Kondov Ecoproduction Ltd. started production in 1991 in an ecologically untouched location of the Balkan Mountains. The main feature of the company is that, along with organic production made according to modern techniques, they also produce famous conventional Bulgarian cheeses by centenary recipes.
The cheeses produced by the company are a success, both in the domestic and the international markets. The goat and sheep's milk Gouda-type cheese produced by Kondov Ecoproduction Ltd. is exported to The Netherlands.

The production line of the brand is quite broad: organic and conventional product lines include organic and original White Brined cheeses, of sheep, goat, and cow milk; "Kashkaval" yellow cheeses, of sheep and cow milk; and Gouda, and Curd cheeses, of sheep and goat milk.
