New real estate project in Malaysia
There's nothing like a big residencial development project to boost local economy and culture. A new residential and retail project is being born in Malaysia and most units are already sold.
Singapore-based real estate companies Pacific Star Group and partner DB2, via joint-venture company Pearl Discovery Development have announced the first release of its 79 retail units and 56 SOHO/loft units within Puteri Cove Residences & Quayside in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Malaysia. Puteri Cove Residences & Quayside is a luxury marina-front mixed-use development comprising two towers of 658 luxurious apartments, a tower of serviced suites and four blocks of SOHO/loft units, as well as Puteri Cove Quayside, a two-level waterfront retail promenade which will offer a comprehensive range of restaurants, cafés and specialty shops for the Puteri Harbour community.
A limited number of 50 select apartments was also released for sale. The subsequent final release will be reserved for buyers from overseas markets such as Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. This is in keeping with the proposition of maintaining an international curated community in Puteri Cove Residences which has already attracted discerning buyers from over 28 countries around the world including America, Britain, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2017, Puteri Cove Residences & Quayside is the only luxury development with both private marina and waterfront views in Iskandar Malaysia.
Residential apartment units at Puteri Cove Residences provide buyers an attractive proposition of 12 per cent fixed returns over a period of two years, amongst the highest fixed returns offered in the market today. Prices start at S$338,000 for apartment units which all come in ready-to-move-in conditions complete with high-quality finishing and fixtures, an uncommon feature for properties in Iskandar Malaysia. Sizes of apartment units range from 678 sq ft to 3,918 sq ft (penthouse unit). The 56 SOHO/loft units now released are priced from S$555,000, with units ranging from 644 sq ft to 1,828 sq ft.
