Ahead of its time
Modern, compact, hard working. These are the guidelines of Avant Tecno's vehicles. With a wide range of models and accessories for diferent uses, the company is present in over 40 countries.
Avant Tecno was founded in 1991 and manufactures an extensive range of high quality, compact, multi-purpose tool carriers and attachments. All equipment is designed and manufactured at the company's modern facility at Ylöjärvi in Finland where the most modern production technology is used. This includes automated sheet metal laser cutting machines, robot welding and automatic powder coat painting with all processes strictly controlled by the Avant quality control system.
The company first set-up shop in the UK with the appointment of a national distributor in 1994. However, in 1999 the decision was taken to take full control of the UK activities by establishing a wholly owned subsidiary to handle everything from sales and marketing to servicing and repairs in order to show its total commitment to the UK market.
Avant Tecno (UK), based near Thetford in rural Norfolk, has now sold in excess of 5000 compact loaders to a broad spectrum of end users including farmers, landscape gardeners, local authorities, horse owners and private individuals. The list continues to grow.
In recent years, Avant Tecno (UK) has dramatically expanded sales of its products thanks to help from a growing network of regional dealers now covering most of the country. This network of outlets helps promote the many benefits offered by the small but dynamic green machines and the vast range of tasks they are able to undertake when equipped with any of a choice of over 150 different attachments.
Avant continues to produce many innovative solutions in the field of multi-functional loaders and attachments as product development has always been and will be one of the most important factors in the company's success.
The manufacturing, product development, sales and marketing for Avant are located in Finland with subsidiary sales offices in the UK, US and Germany. Elsewhere in the world, Avants are sold through a competent and comprehensive importer-dealer network. Today, Avants are exported to over 45 countries and there are over 35,000 Avant loaders working all over the world.
