How regular sex affects the body?

Researchers analysed how regular sex affects the body. It was found that just to have sex once a week would be sufficient to start the process of weight loss. This is due to the fact that even a small "one-time" dose of oxytocin improves sleep, and this, in turn, adjusts the amount of hunger hormones.
